The last major shift in cybersecurity produced CrowdStrike and SentinelOne. The next shift, AI-driven offense, will be bigger, and defense isn't ready.

AI is compressing offensive cyber capability. Attacks that required nation-state resources will soon run autonomously, at machine speed. The industry's response so far has been to replay scripted attack simulations and hope for the best. That's not going to hold.

0Labs is building an AI-native platform and service for continuous purple teaming. Teams of agents execute real, adaptive cyber campaigns, then automatically generate the detection rules to stop them. Attack, detect, fix, repeat. Continuously.

We're an early-stage backed startup, moving very quickly. We're already working on the frontier with AI Safety Labs and early design partnerships with enterprises. We have a front row seat to the intersection of AI and offensive security, and we're building the company that defines it.

The Role

We’re hiring our first engineer to help scale our product.

You’ll work directly with the founders to design, build, and ship systems that actually operate in the wild - long-running agent workflows, resilient infrastructure, and product experiences that customers depend on. You’ll help define what gets built, how it works, and why it matters.

We’re looking for someone who is deeply technical, product-minded, and driven to build. Someone who cares about craft, moves quickly, and takes ownership in ambiguous environments. You don’t need a background in security, but you should be able to demonstrate that you’ve built and shipped meaningful systems, can make good decisions with incomplete information, and are motivated by working on hard, high-impact problems.

This is a role for someone who wants to be early, close to the problem, and fully responsible for turning ideas into reality

Compensation

Competitive base salary depending on experience and location, plus founding equity, making you a true owner of the company.
