Founding Product Engineer

We're an AI security startup automating cyber defense to help organizations defend against the accelerating and increasingly dangerous cyber capabilities of AI. We deploy agents across enterprises to find and automatically fix the highest-priority vulnerabilities.

As part of this mission, we also contribute to frontier AI security research, working with partners to understand dangerous capabilities in cybersecurity and control. We take responsible disclosure and the safe handling of sensitive material seriously.

The role

We're hiring our first engineer to help scale our product.

You'll work directly with the founders to design, build, and ship systems that operate in the wild: long-running agent workflows, resilient infrastructure, and product experiences that customers depend on. You'll help define what gets built, how it works, and why it matters.

What we're looking for

• Deeply technical and product-minded, with a track record of building and shipping meaningful systems
• Able to make good decisions with incomplete information and take ownership in ambiguous environments
• Cares about craft, moves quickly, and is motivated by hard, high-impact problems
• Wants to be early, close to the problem, and fully responsible for turning ideas into reality
• A security background isn't required, but you should be able to show what you've built

Compensation

Competitive base salary depending on experience and location, plus founding equity, making you a true owner of the company.
